Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Outer Reach ("the Service"), operated at outerreach.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Outer Reach is a booking pipeline management platform for live music professionals. The Service provides venue management, contact tracking, opportunity pipelines, outreach tools, and related features.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service (venues, contacts, templates, emails, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Email & Gmail Integration

The Service can send emails on your behalf through your connected Gmail account. You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through the platform. You agree not to use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or any content that violates applicable laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or harassing communications
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
